Access

Filialo is used only after approval. Companies receive a personal, single-use code. A company's access continues until it is paused or ended.

Trial phase

Filialo is in a trial phase and free during this time. You will be informed well in advance about any future pricing; nothing is charged without your consent.

Your obligations

Keep sign-in details secret. Each person uses their own account.

The company informs its employees about the use of Filialo and records only data needed for the work.

No unlawful content and no attempts to bypass security measures.

Availability

We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and updates may cause short interruptions.

Pausing and ending

Access may be paused in case of misuse or breach of these terms. A company may request deletion of its space at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect damages and data loss is excluded.

Changes and law
