Each company using Filialo (the employer) is responsible for its employees' data; Filialo processes that data on its behalf.

Data we process

Account: name, e-mail address, role, language and theme. Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash.

Work data: tasks, status, timestamps, comments, reported issues and uploaded attachments.

Access requests: the details from the form (company, name, e-mail, optional phone and message).

Technical data: session cookie, the session's browser identifier and, briefly, the IP address to prevent abuse (e.g. limiting sign-in attempts).

Phone notifications: if you turn them on, a technical address of your device at your browser's push service.

Purpose

We use the data only to provide and secure Filialo and to answer access requests. No selling, no advertising, no profiling.

Cookies and tracking

We only use strictly necessary cookies (sign-in, language, theme). There are no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies and no embedded third-party content.

Service providers

Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA). Database: Neon. E-mail delivery (if enabled): Resend. Notifications are delivered through browser vendors' push services (e.g. Google, Apple, Mozilla).

For transfers to countries without equivalent data protection we rely on these providers' contractual safeguards.

Separation of companies

Each company has its own separate space. Other companies cannot see your data. In the administration area the operator only sees company name, contact person and usage counts, not your tasks or employee data.

Retention

Data is kept as long as the account or company exists. When a company is deleted, its stores, tasks and accounts are removed permanently. Access requests are deleted when no longer needed, or immediately on request.
